T-ONE: the complete line to meet the needs of the industry

A state-of-the-art machine created with the aim of making operators' work more practical and agile: this is the goal of the Caffini T-ONE, which, identified by a compact and linear design, perfectly combines technological solutions and high-quality components for the treatment of any type of horticultural crop.

Mixture tanks range from 3200 to 4200 liters and, depending on the equipment, the choice can fall on the basic version, the T-ONE S, with richer accessories, and the T-ONE SE, with IsoBus computer and electric service valves controllable from the tractor cab or from the ground. The very low center of gravity of all machines in the line also ensures easy handling and safe operation for track widths from 1500 to 2250 mm. The tank comes in two different colors, the classic Caffini yellow or the elegant and refined black of the Black Edition type.

Caffini's solutions have always been close to the needs of each producer: this is why it is possible to choose from a wide range of accessories to make one's machine even more performing and adaptable to the individual context. An example are the suspensions on the axle that perform a dual function: they protect, on the one hand, the hydraulic bars and, on the other, they allow you to work at higher speeds precisely because they reduce oscillations between the sprayer and the tractor.

Also with regard to the choice of equipment, all T-ONEs offer computer-based service management, which, depending on the model, can be CanBus or IsoBus to which accessories such as:

• GPS
• Automatic closing of sections and individual jets
• CurveControl to optimize delivery even when steering
• Sonar to automate boom leveling

The technology used by the T-ONE, therefore, supports and speeds up the work of operators allowing both greater yield and proper management of resources.

What has progressively made the Caffini brand recognized and recognizable are the spray booms made with structural steels such as Hardox and Domex, whose width for T-ONE can vary from 18 to 36 meters-always depending on the version-with an air sleeve that can reach up to 30 meters. European road homologation, moreover, allows travel up to a speed of 50 km/h, even when fully loaded, where permitted.
